मैं बस उन दूर-दराज के लोगों के बीच जा कर उन्हें बाहरी दुनिया की जानकारी देना चाहूँगा जितना मेरी जानकारी में हो और हाँ वही जो उनके काम आये न कि आलतू फालतू की चीजें और ज्ञान बांटने की कोशिस। मेरा हमेशा ये प्रयास रहेगा कि वो आगे तो बड़ें समय के साथ साथ पर अपनी लोक संस्कृति और परम्पराओं को साथ लेकर। उन्हें कारगर नईतकनीकों के बारे मेँ बताकर। वो किस प्रकार अपनी आजीविका को मजबूत बना सकते हैं अपने ही द्वारा उत्पन्न की हुई चीजों से जैसे दूध, घी, साग सब्जी, दाल, मसाले वगैरा क्यूंकि हमारे पहाड़ गाँव मेँ हर जगह कुछ न कुछ बहुतायत मेँ होती है पर उसका सही से इस्तेमाल नहीं हो पता है। यही मेँ कर सकता हूँ और मुझे ये उम्मीद है अपने आप से कि यही मेँ करूंगा भी आने वाले समय मेँ। धन्यवाद जो आपने ये सुंदर सवाल पूछा।
1. सांस्कृतिक क्रियाकलापो को बढ़ावा दिया जाए,
2. जो लोग घर से बाहर हैं, उन्हे अपने आपने क्षेत्रो मे सामाजिक रूप से सक्रिय किया जाए,
3. जो लोग किसानी मे हैं, उन्हे खेती के पुराने तरीके बदलने को कहा जाए,
4. यह समझना जरूरी है कि पहाड़ो का सामाजिक और आर्थिक विकास उन लोगो पर निर्भर है जो घरो से दूर हैं, उन्हे उनकी सांस्कृतिक विरासत से जोड़ना होगा,
5. पहाड़ी मल्टीमीडिया ( सोशल मीडिया, संगीत, चल चित्र ) को बढ़ावा दिया जाए 6 अपनी भाषा को जीवित रखना बहुत जरूरी है क्योंकि भाषा संस्कृति का प्रथम पड़ाव है।
Of course, a value based education can do some help. We can help an individual or few people, but to save people, community or an entire area we have to make them self-reliant and smart enough so that they can help themselves. We should not look towards government much but have to form a network which can design a systematic and comprehensive programme for the entire state to improve their education, talent and skills which will help them to do better. We accept reality and should not expect a mountain region to compete with developed cities because of the lack of resources and hard work required but we should look forward becoming better and more resourceful. People surely will move out for better facilities, education or career opportunities, but we should develop our region so that there should not be any push factor. Let’s plan and give back to our pahad.
First thing is making people aware. There are several schemes these days to help village people but because of lack of information they are unable to benefit. To make them aware there is need to make them literate. We can teach people as well as children in remote villages where schools education is not available and encourage people to send their children to school where schools are already in place.
Secondly in most hilly villages people are producing various fruits and vegetable in good quality and quantity. We can make a mechanism so that they can sell their produce in the nearest market without which their produce gets lost due to non availability of storage facilities. It will provide them employment and will be helpful in uplifting their conditions. Tourism can provide a decent job to many villagers in Uttrakahand. Most good places of Uttarakhand don’t even appear in the India’s tourism map. So we as a team can spread the info and pictures of such places to attract tourists.
I am preparing for administration jobs, soon I wish to return Uttarakahnd and improve the condition of people living in remote areas.
